PANAMERICAN SOCIETY FOR PIGMENT CELL
RESEARCH (PASPCR)
I am President-elect of the PanAmerican Society
for Pigment Cell Research (PASPCR). I am contacting
you because one of my missions is to increase the
groups membership. I have been involved with
PASPCR and its predecessor since 1978 and have
found its formal meetings and its members
informal sharing of information and expertise to be
an ideal way for learning about pigment cells, from
lower species to humans, as well as these
cells biological basis for vitiligo,
melanoma, and other diseases of the eye, ear and
brain.
I would like to ask you to forward this email to
your members, some of whom might be interested in
meeting the real aficionados of melanin and
melanocytes. You can find detailed information
about PASPCR, including how to join us, at
www.PASPCR.org.
Please do not hesitate to contact me personally,
by telephone or e-mail, with any questions you
might have about membership. I look forward to
meeting you at the next PASPCR meeting, scheduled
for this September in Cincinnati, Ohio and chaired
by Zalfa Abdel-Malek.
Yours sincerely,
Frank Meyskens
President-elect
PASPCR
