MIDWINTER
MEETING:
1. How do I register for the ARO
MidWinter Meeting? What is the price?
The MidWinter Meetings page has a
registration form plus pricing information which is
available eight months prior to the meeting, the
form can be found by clicking [here].
2. How do I submit an abstract to
the MidWinter Meeting?
Submit an abstract by visiting the
abstract submission site, which will be open in
September. Abstracts will only be accepted
online.
3. My abstract is incorrect or was
not accepted. What should I do?
Please return to the site to ensure
that each step in the process was properly
followed. From there, please contact technical
support for your abstract (found on the abstract
submission site, which will be open in
September).
4. What is the proper poster size
for my abstract?
All poster size requirements will be
listed on the meetings page closer to the
meeting.
5. What is the proper length of an
abstract?
